I am a Yoga teacher and Clinical Hypnotherapist with a sense of humour and a touch of fun. I am a fully qualified 500 hour British Wheel of Yoga teacher and I deliver a style of yoga that is not easy but is accessible to all it is mindful and inward looking and I like to pay attention to combining your physical practice with your breath and your mind.

My style is called Hatha and its yoga on the recuperative side. This means a lot of long floor based stretches and staying in postures for a while encouraging deep stretches into tendons, ligaments and fascia. I love a mindful practice and I do a lot of work combining your breathing with your physical yoga, I also teach a 'Strength & Stretch' class which is designed to give you a 'HOME' workout that is just as good as a gym membership.

most of my students however Want less of my physical yoga and more of my guided relaxations so please enjoy these as well And perhaps you would like to join us for my unique HypnoYoga Workshops...... 4 Hours of pure indulgence

In our modern hectic lifestyles we have little time or consideration to connect with ourselves and notice our unconscious habits and to feel calm and have mental clarity. We tend to only slow down and notice when things go wrong like an illness, injury or a nervous breakdown.

Our bodies have an innate ability to heal them selves when given the right conditions. Nowadays we are constantly busy and stressed flooding our bodies with too much of the potentially damaging hormones adrenaline and cortisol. The human body with its intricate joint system for amazing potentiality is designed to move every 20 minutes. Our modern technology through work and leisure pursuits (television, phones and computers) leaves us sat for hours in a similar position thus compromising their health and creating imbalances. Similarly our passion for fitness and sports can drive us through long hours of repetitive training with implications of joint overuse and resultant imbalances. In these mind and body classes we will develop the ability to focus inwardly, to listen and observe so we can start the practice of noticing our unconscious and unhelpful habits of tension and sub-optimal motor recruitment patterns and replace them with more useful ones. Our goal is to restore normal function so life and all the things we love to do will become easier and more enjoyable. We will lose tension and become more efficient, have more energy and be able to breathe more optimally.

And so she decided to share these incredible tools with others and help them on their own personal journey too.
